1. Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders above AED 100, subject to the applicable delivery areas and terms displayed at checkout.

Orders below AED 100 may be subject to a delivery fee, which will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

2. 60-Minute Delivery

60-minute delivery is available in selected areas only.

Where this service is available, the applicable delivery option will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, product availability, and operating conditions.

The 60-minute delivery service may not be available for all products, locations, or orders.

3. Abu Dhabi Same-Day Delivery

For eligible locations within Abu Dhabi, we offer same-day delivery, subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Delivery-area coverage

  • Order placement time

  • Operational capacity

  • The delivery option available at checkout

Orders placed outside the applicable operating or cut-off times may be delivered on the next available delivery date.

4. Delivery to Other Emirates

For locations outside Abu Dhabi, the standard delivery timeframe is generally:

  • Next-day delivery, where available; or

  • 2–3 business days, depending on the delivery location and service availability.

The applicable delivery estimate will be displayed at checkout based on the customer's delivery address.
